Ten years ago, around this time, we were sitting in a coffee shop—49th and Parallel in Vancouver, BC—trying to figure out how to start a business together...while living in different countries. Sandro was in Switzerland and I was still in Canada. During that time, we would send each other letters, packages and postcards. The best moments were always coming home and opening the mailbox to see that special post that stood out from the rest. It was an exciting and wonderful feeling to know someone was thinking of you.
